The application didn't have a save to JPG feature which means that if you still use it, the only way to save the images is to actually virtually print them in PDF. You can do this with CutePDF Writer. Install the application and then open your image in PiView Star and press Print. Save to PDF and then use an application from the database of Software Informer to extract the image as JPG.
